Nadine ‘The Queen of Mean’ Brown

Nadine has been competing in boxing since August 2008 under the coaching of Stephen Ng.

Originally starting as a Boxing Circuit member in 2007, with the hopes of getting fit, Nadine decided to compete and entered the Amateur Ranks at the 2008 Gold Gloves Tournament at Caboolture. Nadine continued in the Amateurs until the end of 2010, turning professional in 2011.

Boxing Achievements include: 2009 Qld Novice Champion (Am), 2009 Wide Bay Champion (Am), 2009 Open Qld Champion (Elite, Am), Silver medallist 2009 Australian Amateur Championships, 2x Qld Lightweight Title 2011 (Pro), plus fought in China for an IPBU Lightweight World Title in December 2012, and in Sydney in January 2013 for the Australian Lightweight Professional Title.

Outside of the gym, Nadine studies at Griffith University for the Master of Physiotherapy (2014), holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science (2012) and is a certified Personal Trainer.
